CrossFit “Cindy” WOD Training Demo

Cindy is another benchmark workout in crossfit, which consists of: Completing as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of these three things… 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats That means you do 5 pullups, followed immediately by 10 pushups, and then straight into 15 air squats. Fran is a benchmark workout in crossfit, which consists of: Three rounds for time Reps: 21-15-9 Barbell Thrusters (95 lbs) Pull-ups What that means is you do 21 thrusters followed by 21 pull-ups, 15 thrusters followed by 15 pull-ups, and 9 thrusters followed by 9 pull-ups.
